What You’ll Do
Operate and monitor coating equipment used to manufacture adhesive tape.
Follow recipes and production instructions to mix batches of adhesives in our chemical mixing area.
Use your machine operation or printing experience to help keep equipment running properly.
Maintain accurate production and material records.
Coordinate with other departments to keep supplies and materials available.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Support other production activities and help teammates meet daily production needs.
Help deliver quality products that meet customer expectations.
What You Bring
A strong commitment to safety and following established procedures.
Willingness and ability to learn coating equipment operation and adhesive mixing processes.
Attention to detail when following recipes, handling materials, and recording production information.
Clear communication, dependable teamwork, and a willingness to take initiative.
An understanding of LEAN manufacturing principles, including reducing waste and keeping work areas organized.
Relevant experience: Machine operation, printing, coating, chemical mixing, or manufacturing production.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements
This is an active production role that involves:
Lifting and carrying materials weighing 40–60 pounds.
Standing for extended periods.
Frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, stooping, squatting, and pushing.
Using hands and fingers to grasp, handle, and manipulate tools and materials.
Climbing ladders and moving across stairs, ramps, and uneven surfaces.
Essential job functions must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.
